What is the return policy?
Returns & Refund Policy
At D’Stylez, we want you to feel confident and excited about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple, transparent, and aligned with how you shop on Shopify.
🛍️ Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, based on the delivery date shown in your Shopify order tracking.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage
🚫 Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene and fairness, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
- Bodysuits
- Lingerie & underwear
- Swimwear
- Accessories (bags, jewelry, belts, sunglasses, etc.)
- Sale or clearance items
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
These exclusions are clearly labeled before checkout.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style:
- Return the eligible item
- Use your store credit to place a new order immediately
This ensures faster processing and availability.
💳 Refunds & Store Credit
All approved returns are issued as store credit
- Store credit is delivered via email and never expires
- Store credit can be used at checkout just like a discount code
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
📦 How to Start a Return
- Locate your order confirmation email or log into your customer account on dstylez.store
- Email info@dstylez.store within 7 days of delivery or message us through the chat
- Include:Your order number, The item(s) you want to return, Reason for return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
⚠️ Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
❌ Incorrect or Damaged Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
If approved, we will cover the resolution.
⏳ Processing Time
- Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after arrival
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once store credit is issued
⚠️ Return Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
- Show signs of wear or alteration
- Are returned outside the allowed timeframe
- Do not meet hygiene or condition standards
